We want you to love your P448 sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place your unworn sneakers back in their original P448 shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
